Our company is currently looking for outsourcing partner companies for a variety of web projects. We will be looking for provider companies that can provide the services listed in the requirements below.

In an effort to streamline our sales, marketing, and development processes, Milestone
will be using a set of standard prices for the majority of the services that we offer.
In turn, we will require that our provider partners be able to offer packages as well.

1. Project Manager: the company would have a project manager available during U.S. hours.
We should be able to contact this PM via phone, chat, or email.

2. Pricing: the company should have flexible pricing. Occassionally, we need
to lower our standard rates to fit the client's budget.

3. Staff: The company should have more than a couple employees. We're looking
for someone with a pre-built and experienced team.

4. Services: the company should offer a range of services to match ours:
web development, web design, SEO/SEM - online marketing, graphic design

5. Availability: the company should be able to work on an as-needed basis. Sometimes
we may have no projects; at other times, we have multiple projects at the same time.

6. Web Development: the company would have a range of abilities:
PHP, ColdFusion, ASP, etc.
